In the event of an accident, for example, the onboard telematics unit triggers an automatic alert that will transmit information about your vehicle location and vehicle status. The Secure Operating Centre immediately reacts by activating the emergency procedure and if required, contacts the authorized rescue services.

In case you require roadside assistance, you can contact Porsche Assistance service from your mobile app. Information about your vehicle location and relevant car diagnostics will be gathered and transmitted to the operator in order to provide you with the most appropriate support.

Security Services

Your sports car is made to travel far and wide. But not without you. Protect your Porsche with the Porsche Vehicle Tracking System (PVTS) by means of a separate theft detection function.
